(1)  torace/bust Misura il tuo torace posizionando il metro sotto le ascelle/measure your chest by placing the tape measure under your armpits

(2)  seno/breast misura la circonferenza seno facendo passare il metro sopra il seno/misure the breast circumference passing the tape measure over the breast

(3)  vita/waist  misura il girovita posizionando il metro intorno al tuo ombelico/measure your waist by placing the tape measure around your navel

(4)  fianchi/hips Misura i tuoi fianchi posizionando il metro intorno al punto piu' largo/measure your hips by placing the tape measure around the widest point
